35 year old female with a history of laparoscopic gastric bypass and over 100 lbs of weight loss, previous C-sections as well as postpartum changes from her 4 pregnancies who presents for cosmetic improvement in the appearance of her abdomen. She subsequently underwent  abdominoplasty and liposuction to bilateral hips/flanks and peripheral abdomen. Her results are at 3 months.
