50 year old female presents for breast augmentation with a history of multiple children and effects from breast feeding. She desires a fairly large size increase. Height is 5’8″ and weight is 165 lbs. She subsequently underwent a bilateral breast augmentation with placement of 47o cc high profile implants placed in the sub muscular (dual plane) position. Her result is shown at 3 months.
