21 year old female who presented requesting enhancement in her breast size. Her frame is fairly small with height 5’3″ and weight 92 lbs. She subsequently underwent submuscular breast augmentation with high profile saline implants asymmetrically filled to 300cc on the right and 275cc on left to correct mild asymmetry.
