28 year old female presents to improve the shape and increase the size of her breast following the birth of two children and breast feeding. Height is 5’3″ and weight is 125 lbs. She subsequently underwent a breast augmentation with placement of 440cc high profile silicone implants in the dual plane position. Her result is at approximately 6 weeks following surgery.
