43 year old female presents with concerns for a left sided saline implant deflation following breast augmentation over 10 years ago. Height is 5’8″ and weight is 150lbs. She subsequently underwent a revision breast augmentation with conversion to silicone gel implants using a 505cc high profile device placed in the sub muscular /dual plane position.
