51 year old female who presented following left mastectomy, chemotherapy and radiation to treat advanced stage breast cancer. She requested that nothing be done to her right breast. She underwent delayed left breast reconstruction with latissimus dorsi flap and tissue expander reconstruction. Her result is shown following exchange of the tissue expander for final implant, autologous fat grafting and nipple reconstruction, just prior to areolar tattooing.
