This 64 year old female presented with a right sided breast deformity. She was noted to have asymmetry and nipple distortion following lumpectomy and radiation to treat breast cancer. She subsequently underwent autologous fat transfer (100cc fat transferred) to the right breast to correct this. Her result is shown 6 months after one session of fat grafting.
